Terms of Service

1. Business Cooperation Models

Beijing Guangxin Shenghui Technology Co., Ltd ("Guangxin") offers three core business cooperation models for global partners and users:

• Project Operations: We provide end-to-end operation management for third-party mobile applications and games.
• Project Development: We provide professional technical R&D and customization services.
• Self-Developed Projects: We independently develop and operate mobile products using various monetization models, including in-app subscriptions, virtual item purchases, premium features, VIP services, and global ad-based monetization.

2. Compliance with App Store Guidelines

All business activities and applications strictly follow the Apple App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play Developer Program Policies. Partners must ensure that all materials provided comply with global developer policies and relevant laws.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Guangxin retains all rights, title, and interest in and to our self-developed applications, including but not limited to source code, graphics, music, trademarks, and logos. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Monetization & Payments

Financial transactions for premium features, subscriptions, and virtual goods are processed exclusively through official app store payment systems (IAP). Guangxin complies with international tax regulations and app store revenue-sharing agreements.

5. Legal Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Service or our business operations shall be handled as follows:

• Amicable Resolution: Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through friendly negotiation.
• Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
• Arbitration: Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be submitted to the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) for arbitration in accordance with its rules. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guangxin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
